Cllr. Jerome G. Korkoya is Chairman of the NEC. He hails from Bong County. He was Borned to Hon. Augustus W. Kokoya, former Superintendent of Bong County and Madam Towhan Salee. He is a Catholic and holds a BA Degree in Political Science from the University of Liberia. The Chairman also holds an LL.B Degree in Law from the University of Liberia; An LL.M Degree in Law from the University of Tulane University School Of New Orleans the United States and a Juris Doctor from the Kansas School of Law in the United States.
He rose from the position of janitor and messenger to the position of Administrative and Marketing Manager at the LPRC.
He has worked at the Brumskine Law Firm, the Dunbar and Dunbar Law Offices and has also worked with the State Government of New Jersey at the Department of Children and Family as Family Services Specialist.
Chairman Korkoya has oversight responsibilities of International Affairs.
