(Monrovia; Wednesday, July 20, 2016); The National Elections Commission (NEC) will on Tomorrow, Thursday, launch its Revised six-year Strategic Plan. The ceremony will take place in the Auditorium of the Monrovia Christian Fellowship Church in Sinkor. The six-tear Strategic Plan of the Commission was formulated in July 2012 and revised in 2016 following the conduct of a series of desk reviews, planning and visioning activities. The Strategic Plan of the Commission contains five basic pillars which comprise Legal Framework, Stakeholders Engagement, Civic Voter Education and Public Information, Institutional Strengthening and Elections Operations. Each of the pillars targets specific goals, actions, objectives and means of measurement.
