Logistics Officer for NEC HQ

The National Elections Commission is seeking applications for the position of Logistics Officer for NEC HQ warehouse. Successful applicants will be assigned at NEC HQ warehouse.

Applicants must be able to work with others as team player, as well as being able to work alone, and under strenuous condition, with courtesy and professionalism. Must be willing to travel across the country when required.

Terms of Reference

Under the supervision of the Director of Logistics at NEC HQ, the Logistics Officer shall perform the following duties.

• Provide administrative support to all levels of the Warehouse;
• Responsible for producing all warehouse reports in both excel and Microsoft word format;
• Support Warehouse to manage and keep records of all materials in the Warehouse;
• Work with Warehouse Manager to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports;
• Monitor stationery supply and prepare request for chief of Logistics signature;
• Ensure Memorandum/requests are done in a timely manner;
• Monitor daily attendance sheet for all casual laborers hired during electoral processes;
• Create attendance report file for casual laborers to be used for payment and activities;
• Monitor daily attendance for all warehouse staff and submit monthly report to the Director/Deputy Director of Logistics;
• Liaise with supply Clerk status of supplies and submit request to augment stock when required;
• Perform all other duties as may be required by the commission.

NOTE: The recruitment is both internal and external.
