The National Elections Commission is seeking applications for the positions of

1. Hearing Officer

1. Hearing Clerks
2. Ministerial Officer

Applicant must be able to work with others as a team player as well as being able to work alone and under strenuous condition, with courtesy and professionalism; must be willing to travel across the county when required.

Terms of Reference

1. Hearing Officers

• Must be a practicing courtroom lawyer;
• Must be an active member of the Liberian National Bar Association; and
• Past experience as Hearing Officer for past Elections would be an added advantage;

2. Hearing Clerks

• Must be at least a third year student of the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Laws;

• Must be a former clerk of court;
• Must have the capacity to train others;
• Must be computer literate preferably Ms. Word; and
• Must be capable of transcribing hearing minutes and filing.
• Past experience as Hearing Clerk for past Elections would be an added advantage;

3. Ministerial Officer

• Must have acknowledge on how precepts are served and returned; and

• Must have the ability and knowledge to maintain order in the hearing room.

Members of the Liberia National Bar Association including female applicants are encouraged to apply.
